Comfy platforms

Yes, there is such a thing! I went out this week to look for some comfy sandals - something to replace my old flat sandals with - and came home with these instead! They are probably the highest thing I have but they are so incredibly comfortable. They will go nicely with my white flares. Yep, I'm totally embracing the 70's fashion comeback!

This is another drawing done before getting out of bed - I think it's my take on Julia Cameron's morning pages!

I once did a paper on how tourism affects a Greek Island (hard work but someone had to do it) and on one beach which faces the wrong way and got loads of rubbish on it, I found a shoe exactly like these. 500 metres down the other end of the beach, I found it's partner, I always wondered how she got home....

Sally, that's so funny! She obviously didn't miss them, whatever was she was doing!

Excellent drawings, but I'd never wear them...my ankles would twist too easily. However, I hope you enjoy your pair! :)

Love them! They do look comfortable. Amazing drawing of them.

These are great drawings! They are very unique and would look great framed on the wall!

love your shoe sketches and I am glad that they are comfy- look it!
BTW the word verification for me is ankypop - hope this has nothing to do with the possibility of twisting ankles!

Thanks ladies!

Oh Liz, I hope that's not an omen, I don't want to draw a plaster cast!
