I like the artist's sense of humour, here a mammoth is protecting an electricity box!

I'm not entirely sure where Planpalais ends and Carouge begins but I think these two above are in Carouge (the lion and kitten are two sides of the same box)

and this one, on the other side of the tram lines, is in Planpalais. I don't see a name here but the face may be that of Guillaume Henri Dufor.
Correction - it's Henry Dunant.

What a great way to cover up a utilitarian object. I wish they'd do it here, we have a large green cable box right outside the house.
What a fun way to cover those boxes and have fun at the same time!! Thanks for the smile.
I love the way these boxes are painted....the lion in particular.
I've been subscribed to your blog for quite a while now and I visited today to comment on your post re. Heath Ledger, Tom Cruise etc. but it's disappeared. I just wanted to say I thought it was a great post and your sketches were nice too. Being an Aussie, Heath was already famous in our eyes and I think my favourite movie was Patriot in which he played Mel Gibson's son. I was shocked and saddened to hear the news of his death. A tragic loss indeed. Thanks for sharing your thoughts, Felicity.
