Gruyere

My favourite photo. I've only passed the chateau and seen it from the road below but it looked beautiful. Obviously, it's even nicer inside and just look at that view!
















































































Finally, a door because Mark knows I like them! I think the photos speak for themselves as the area is so beautiful. It's amazing to think that scenery like this is a short drive out of Geneva.

Thanks Lin! I think that Gruyere cheese is made in the farms around here, the name comes from the area.

Thank you for sharing these fabulous photographs. That door!!! Wow. I haven't been to Gruyere, but my daughter has and she loved the place. She brought back some lovely photographs and great memories.
