My husband - the choco-connoisseur in this house, and who will only eat Valhrona as bar chocolate - says they are yum. As a late birthday treat you could even try to win their hamper full of chocolate goodies!
Thank you for reminding me of the Twyla Tharp book. I bought it ages ago when I was feeling down about my work, put it on a shelf, and have not thought about it since.
