Ice?

We were in Iceland exactly a year ago. Why do I mention this? Because I'd love to be there right now instead of melting in this heatwave!

Oh, Felicity, what an exquisite photo. Let's go there, you and me, right now! Are you game?

Oooooooooh yes! I have been thinking about glaciers, ice flows, and wishing that I still lived in Scotland. Thank you for the photo: it's a good cold splash in the brain.

One day I hope to see glaciers up close, but in the meantime, your photo brought me a lot closer than I was before! The mood, color, reflection and composition are very compeling! I am suffering in this heat as well, so your picture cools the soul!

This photo is a great one to look at in the current heatwave in the UK! I've been looking back at all your leaf and flower pics too. They kind of feed the soul somehow. Isn't the variety of shape and distribution of colours amazing?

Your photos are so wonderful--your artist's eye makes them really special. We're having a heat wave too here in California, though it's a comfortable 80 at my humble abode since I'm in line with the Golden Gate Bridge. Maybe those in power will start to believe in global warming now that it's truly globally hot!

What a fabulous photo Felicity! Those blues and lilacs. Wow. Thanks for sharing. Iceland is a place I'm never likely to visit, but wow it looks so beautiful.
